We are currently investigating a network incident in the Easton NR9 area that is affecting a small number of phone and broadband services.

Our engineers are actively working to identify and resolve the issue, and we will provide a further update as soon as possible.

Work to restore service was completed at 12:40 on 13/04/2026. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Our engineer is currently on site investigating and repairing the damaged fibre.

They will continue working to restore service and resolve the ongoing issue.

We will provide a further update as soon as more information on the progress becomes available.

The OFNL engineering team has identified and repaired a broken fibre cable that caused a limited number of customer services to go offline. These affected services have now been fully restored.

However, during the repair works, the engineering team identified additional fibre cable damage. As a result, the team will need to re-attend the site tomorrow, Monday 13/04/2026, to continue and complete the necessary repair works.
