Ways to pay bills

E-Billing

There are many benefits to having an online account, including being able to switch your billing type, switching yourself to Direct Debit and making ad hoc payments online with a Debit/Credit card. You can also amend personal details as well as adding a secondary account holder.

If you choose to pay your bills via E-Billing, you will save £1.50 on each of your monthly bills, and will receive an email when your bills are ready to view online. You will also be able to view past payments and search past calls made.

By cash: You can take your bill to any bank.

By Direct Debit:

The date when we collect the amount due will be clearly shown on the front of your bill. If you choose not to pay by Direct Debit, we will charge you a separate payment handling fee for processing your payment.**

By debit or credit card:

You can pay your bill by Switch, Solo, Delta, Master Card, or Visa.

By cheque:

You can pay by cheque. Just fill in the payment slip and post it to us.

** Handling charge of £2.56 per month for non-Direct Debit payment.
