Work to restore service was completed at 09:45am on 17/02/26. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Our engineer has attended site and consulted with the gas engineers. We’ve been advised that it is now safe to power our equipment, and services should begin restoring shortly.
As the gas engineers will continue their work on site throughout the day, we will keep this post open and continue to monitor the situation closely.

Our engineer is currently en route to site, with an estimated arrival time of 9:45am. They will be working alongside the gas safety engineers to assess the safety of the location.
