Save the planet (and your money) by paying via E-Billing

There can't be a worse fate for a poor old tree than being cut down and pulped in order to make something as boring as a bill. You can do your bit to help stop this by paying your bills with E-Billing.

By choosing to pay via E-Billing you'll receive your monthly bills electronically with a reminder e-mail sent to you every month when your new bill is ready to view online.

That's not all, you'll be able to view your billing history, search on calls you have made, look at how much your next bill will be and manage your services online.

* Customers who chose not to use the E-Billing function will be charged £1.50 per month for paper billing.

Ways to pay

By Direct Debit:

The date when we collect the amount due will be clearly shown on the front of your bill. If you choose not to pay by Direct Debit, we will charge you a separate payment handling fee for processing your payment.**

By debit or credit card:

You can pay your bill by Switch, Solo, Delta, Master Card, or Visa.

By cash:

You can take your bill to any bank.

By cheque:

You can pay by cheque. Just fill in the payment slip and post it to us.

** Handling charge of £2.50 per month for non-Direct Debit payment.
