By choosing to pay via E-Billing you'll receive your monthly bills electronically with a reminder e-mail sent to you every month when your new bill is ready to view online.
That's not all, you'll be able to view your billing history, search on calls you have made, look at how much your next bill will be and manage your services online.
* Customers who chose not to use the E-Billing function will be charged £1.50 per month for paper billing.
The date when we collect the amount due will be clearly shown on the front of your bill. If you choose not to pay by Direct Debit, we will charge you a separate payment handling fee for processing your payment.**

You can take your bill to any bank.
You can pay by cheque. Just fill in the payment slip and post it to us.
