Save the planet (and your money) by paying via eBill
There can’t be a worse fate for a poor old tree than being cut down and pulped in order to make something as boring as a bill. You can do your bit to help stop this terrible practice by choosing to receive your monthly bill electronically via eBilling. Not only will you save £1.25, but you’ll also get the benefit of a clear conscience into the bargain.*
We will email you when your latest bill is ready and you’ll be able to log-on and view it.
If you’ve already signed up to seethelight, but didn’t set-up a direct debit, then give us a call on 0845 051 1668.
Ways to pay:
By Direct Debit:
Contact us to set up payment by Direct Debit.
The date when we collect the amount due will be clearly shown on the front of your bill.
If you choose not to pay by Direct Debit, we will charge you a separate payment handling fee for processing your payment.**
By debit or credit card:
You can pay your bill by Switch, Solo, Delta, Master Card, or Visa.
By cash:
You can take your bill to any bank or Post Office.
By cheque:
You can pay by cheque. Just fill in the payment slip and post it to us.
* eBill saving is on a one eBill per account basis. Customers who choose not use eBill will be charged £1.25 per month for paper billing.
** Handling charge of £2.50 per month for non Direct Debit payment.
